Shipping & Delivery: Your Uppity Journey!

 

Welcome to the exciting part of your Uppity journey! We know you're eager to get your hands on your unique, planet-saving pieces, so we've made our shipping policy as straightforward and sparkling as possible. All prices displayed for products shipped to UK addresses include the cost of standard shipping and packaging. No hidden fees, just clear options to get your fabulousness to your doorstep. We want you to feel utterly confident (and a little bit smug!) with every click. Got a question? Our team is always here to help!

  • Shipping Costs: All prices displayed for products shipped to UK addresses include the cost of standard Royal Mail 48hr Tracked & Signed for shipping and packaging.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time of order confirmation.

  • Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, your Uppity item should arrive within 2 business days. While we strive to meet these estimates, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal carrier issues).

  • Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • Risk of Loss: We take full responsibility for ensuring your Uppity order arrives safely. The risk of loss or damage to your purchased items remains with Uppity Bags until the goods are physically delivered to you (or a person identified by you to take possession of the goods). If your parcel is lost or damaged before it reaches you, please contact us immediately so we can sort it out.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel utterly fabulous and completely confident about every Uppity piece you bring home. We pour our hearts into creating unique, planet-saving items, and we're sure you'll adore them. However, we also understand that sometimes things just aren't a perfect fit.

If for any reason you're not completely smitten with your purchase, here's how we'll sort it out – no fuss, just fabulous service:

  • Our Promise: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to decide if your Uppity piece is truly your soulmate.

  • Time to Return: Once you've let us know you'd like to return an item, you then have another 14 days to send it back to us.

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

    • All original tags must still be attached.

    • Please return items in their original packaging to ensure they travel safely back to us.

    • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of unreasonable use or damage beyond what's necessary to inspect them.

  • How to Initiate a Return:

    • Simply drop us an email, within those first 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Please include your order number and clearly state which item(s) you'd like to return.

    • We'll then send you easy instructions on how to send your item(s) back to our headquarters.

  • Return Shipping:

    • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    • We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  • Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item (making sure it's still in its fabulous condition!), we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods (or 14 days from you providing proof of postage if earlier).

    • If you return your entire order, the full purchase price of the item(s) will be refunded.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items:

    • Oh no! If your Uppity item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 30 days of receipt is best) at this email address.

    • Please include details and a photograph of the issue.

    • We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items and offer you a full refund or a replacement (if available), ensuring you get the perfect piece you deserve.
